5 Days of Total Immersion in the Wim Hof Method
Are you ready for an epic adventure? Are you willing to take an immersive and deep dive? This Inner Mountain Expedition to Canada, at the quiet shores of Granary Lake (Magog Lake), is specially designed for people who want to go all in and experience the deepest layers of the Wim Hof Method and complementing techniques. Do you want to immerse yourself into all there is to learn about the Wim Hof Method? Or are you a trainer, a coach or someone who is looking take their practice and live to a next level? This training is for you.

The week will be centered around mastering the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: breathing, cold exposure and mindset. In a playful yet highly focussed way you will train your nervous-, immune-, and cardiovascular system while boosting your energy flow. To go deeper into the pillars we will use complementary techniques like meditation, (yin)yoga, NLP and functional movement. All together adding to a happier, healthier and stronger natural state of being.
An important point of focus will be the implementation into daily life.
The breathtaking Canadian landscape will be the ground from which you’ll build and test a whole new mastery of body and mind. Under expert guidance of International mindset trainer and WHM instructor Daniel Kluken and movement specialist Ingvild Molenaar, you will venture out into Canadian nature. Swimming in the (frozen)lake, hicking in the snowy woods, intense breathing sessions and so much more will help you get in tune with your true nature. Challenge yourself and reach from the depths of your being to ignite the fire inside!

The expedition is suitable for all levels of experience, and all ages from 18 and upwards. There will be a max. of 26 participants.

The accommodation is situated at the quiet shores of Granary Lake (Magog Lake), a private lake surrounded by mountains and a beautiful scenery of Ontario, Canada. You will stay in classic cottages, with shared rooms.
