What can I do to prepare for the workshop?

It's highly suggested to take some cold showers in the weeks before the workshop. This will allow you to know how your body reacts in the cold. For this, simply turn on cooler water at the end of your warm shower for 15 sec to start. Then gradually do it colder and longer up to 60 sec. You do not have to submerge your head. What if I am already doing or have completed the 10-week online WHM course?

This workshop is a great adjunct to online course as you get some personal coaching on the techniques. Experiencing the practice in a group setting is a unique experience and can be very powerful. As I went through the WHM Academy, our group sessions were the most valuable.

What can I bring into the event?

Light snack, swimsuit, flip flops, socks, towel, and warm cozy clothes, a notepad & pen. Yoga mat if you you like to use your own.

What do I wear?

Wear comfy clothes you can move around in. Bring warm clothes.

Please don't use any perfumes/colognes, essential oils, or scented skin care products because of the (optional) icebath.
