Wim Hof (alias the Iceman) has grown to be a worldwide phenomenon.  In this Wim Hof Method Fundamentals weekend you will learn the techniques that Wim personally taught me. In this training you will experience the power of the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Ancient techniques combined with cutting-edge modern science. 


Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology. This will help you to: optimize your health, reduce stress, increase your energy levels and improve your performance in sports with this powerful method. 

To better integrate and broaden your practice and understanding of your own influence we will add practices and insights from outside the Wim Hof Method.

We’ll work with movement, meditation and mindset techniques. To elevate your practice all together.

Who is this WeekEnd for? 

This weekend is suitable for everyone 18+ 

The training is suitable for beginners and intermediate level Wim Hof Method practitioners looking to deepen their practice. 

Take note that you will be challenged to find comfort within discomfort. To feel is to understand, that way YOU are always in charge of how far you go.

 

Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

Location

Camping in the Dutch country side

Our venue 'By Rens' is located in the northern part of the Netherlands, situated on a small farm with horses and chickens, and storks if you're lucky.

You can sleep in the big tent where we also practise our breathwork and meditation during the day or bring your own tent or camper (no extra costs). 

The host also provides sleeping facilities within her own house so there are lots of options where you can lay yourself down. 

 

Please bring your own sleepingbag, pillow and matras.

There is a shower and toilet to use.
