Wim Hof (alias the Iceman) has grown to be a worldwide phenomenon. In this Wim Hof Methode one day Training you will learn the techniques that Wim personally taught me. In this one day training will let you experience the power of the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Ancient techniques combined with cutting-edge modern science. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology. This will help you to: optimize your health, reduce stress, increase your energy levels and improve your performance in sports with this powerful method.
WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
The training is suitable for basic and intermediate level Wim Hof Method practitioners looking to deepen their practice. Say you’ve done the online course or joined the fundamentals training, then this is a great training expand your practice and understanding.
Take note that you will be challenged to find comfort within discomfort. To feel is to understand, that way YOU are always in charge of how far you go.
Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
Care: Coffee and tea is provided. Fruit is available during or after the workshop. Breathing techniques are better on an empty stomach so if you really need more take your own extras.
Requirements: Swimwear, towel and bath slippers. Possibly a bathrobe. Wear comfortable clothing during the workshop such as a track suit.
Preparation: As preparation we recommend applying the Wim Hof Method as much as possible. So breathing technique, cold shower / swimming / without coat walking outside and preferably meditation. Beware, always watch for your own safety.

For this workshop Daniel will be joined by his partner Ingvild Molenaar. With their combined expertises they guide you into more refinement and deeper understanding of the Wim Hof Method and of your own physiology.
As a Dutch guy, Daniel was fortunate enough to meet Wim in the early days. Because of this he became one of the first instructors in the world and together with Wim and his family he did some pretty awesome stuff.
