Ingvild brings the physical practice beyond the movent and turns it into a tool that can bring you closer to who you are and what you’re truly capable of. But always with playfulness.
Since 2015 Ingvild and Daniel have been training eachother and they have joined forces to bring the best of their fields of expertise to everybody they work with.
The expedition is suitable for all levels of experience, and all ages of 18 and upwards. There will be a max of 26 participants.

I found myself challenged both mentally and physically every day in a new way.
As a duo Daniel and Ingvild worked together seamlessly in a confident and supportive way to help us to reach new levels beyond what we ever thought was possible. Shattering our previously preconceived ideas about what we can and can’t do as individuals and guiding us to new personal discoveries. Every day each session gave me something new that I didn’t realize I needed.
My partner and I have already scheduled these techniques and tools into our everyday lives and are excited to see where this practice will take us moving forward into the future.
I feel more confident, renewed, reset, stronger (mentally and physically) than I have felt in a very long time. I feel like a warrior! This training has given me so much more than I could have possibly imagined.
I don’t know how I can describe exactly what happened on this retreat we did in Northern Canada. But it was quite possibly one of the most transformative weeks of my life. Daniel and Ingvild are incredible leaders. They understand everything down to the molecule and were more than happy to deal with my peppering of questions. I cannot speak highly enough of them both. Not only did I feel safe the entire time, but they also lead us on an incredible journey that only their level of knowledge and expertise could provide. Do not doubt, just do. You will not regret it.
I joined this program with a group of my friends. Having attended a lot of self development courses over the course of my life I wasn’t expecting much from this program before I started. Having gone through the program I was completely blown away.
Inner Mountain Expeditions with Daniel and Ingvild was one of the best programs I’ve done.
